I thought he injured his toe on this play:

Still, better protection doesn't completely solve the problem.

The Packers have consistently drafted OL to protect Aaron Rodgers and he still missed almost 2 entire seasons in the last 8.

Mahomes just landed here in Green Bay to have his surgery tomorrow.

I feel amazing just knowing I am currently in the same city as him.

Turf toe is no joke. :(

Foot injuries have ruined many careers.

iirc Turf Toe ended Deon Sanders' career.

smithandrew051 02-09-2021 02:54 PM

I will offer my toe if needed

They should give him the MVP while he's there.

Yea at the end of his career.

Mahomes is 25, it’s not 25+ years ago, and he plays QB not corner.

I can’t believe you idiots think turf toe might ruin Pat’s career.

Actually, I can believe you do, but not the others.

He had a more severe turf toe injury.

Pat ran 500 yards and wasn’t limping.

Maybe Robinson will be gone and we sign cheap veteran like Fitz or Green

Just because Watkins wants to come back and they're gonna talk, doesn't mean he'll be back. Could go something like this...

Watkins: I 'd love to be a Chief. Winning Championships is worth more to me than $$$

Veach: **** OFF BROKE DICK. Vet MIN or hit the road!

Watkins: WTF?

Veach: THAT'S THE F**K!

Veach: Chiefs Kingdom, We tried, but were unable to work something out with Sammy Watkins. Both parties mutually agreed to part ways. We are thankful for Sammy's contributions to the team, and wish him well in the future.

Veach to Watkins: PUT. THAT COFFEE. DOWN. Coffee's for closers only.

Not saying we shouldn't invest in better protection but that's only part of the battle.

his toe was hurt on a drop back...not a running play
