Sounds like if you trust TMZ he was pissed off at something and just going too fast. Probably not pain killer or alcohol related due to time and what he was doing just prior to accident

My initial guess is that he was hauling ass and driving like a prick, probably clipped the curb and that's all she wrote.

I don't know about other states, but CA has a bunch of roads like pictured in the OP and i've seen a number of overturned cars over the years from assholes clipping the curb at 50-60 MPH.

It's an interesting thought, but I don't think I'd give up driving myself.

At least not unless the situation called for it or once I hit a certain age.

TMZ is reporting he left a hotel where there was something being filmed, just about ran into the director on his way out of the parking lot and was driving fast and appeared pissed off.

Actually, a snap hook into the left rough. He crossed the median into oncoming lanes bounced into the shoulder then rolled into the slope on the opposite side.

Looks like he jumped the median, taking out the Rolling Hills sign, then crashed and rolled on the left side of the road. Crazy.

Compound fractures to both legs. Man.
