It's not legal to drive over 100mph anywhere so no one is getting nerfed.

Spoiler!

thing is if you are gonna limit Corvettes and such, then they might as well not make them. Limiting cars that are engineered and built to go well over 100 mph is just pointless.

I once owned an '86 Mercury Lynx, which would have been pretty much the same thing. It was peppy because it had a stick, but the only way it would have ever gone over 100 was if I had driven it off a cliff. :D

Will the 96 Camero with 58,000 miles hit 100 Bug?

The funny thing about that is the Escort had a kill switch "feature" and it would die at any sign of danger... I was on a snowy/icy road one night and the whole car just shut off. And while not having power steering isn't terrible, steering with power steering and then suddenly steering without it kind of sucks when your car is sliding into someone's yard.

No idea WTF Ford was thinking on that genius idea.

Every day or most days many of travel 70-75mph going one way and another car going 70-75mph the opposite way get within 5-10 feet of us. Perfectly normal. We are counting on everyone to not be impaired and paying attention.

My first car was a '77 Monza. It would do 80 going down the side of a mountain. And 30 going up the side of a mountain.

Uh, no. If I had the money to buy a Porshe, I'd get a '70 Chevelle.

Had the chance to drive both and while the Chevelle probably has more character the 949 Porsche handling and suspension isn't even in the same zip code.

Neither my vehicles, I'm a Toyota Tacoma guy but it was fun. Chevelle was a stick too boot. Rare to see these days.

If we were to race to your mom's house, I'd have time to shower and drop a deuce before we high fived on my way out.

Will say modern sports cars can get up to 100 mph without you even noticing and it is a bit scary. Last few weeks I've been driving back and forth from Boise to Baker City Oregon for work in my 2015 Mustang GT, and just today on the way home I had it at a little over 110, didn't even realize it until I looked at the gauge. The car is just so well built for those speeds, it doesn't feel unnatural.

if he hit her going 90 MPH it would be a similar result.
