McDaniel's runs a similar offense that Carr ran in 2016 which he performed well in. I don't think they will be an easy out and McDaniel's will have this team prepared along with expectations.

McDaniel's 11-17 record was a learning process for him. He came in after a long termed head coach in Shanahan was running that team like a country club. That team started off 6-0 and the wheels fell off as the vet players who weren't used to the patriot way quickly tired of McDaniel's. I'm thinking he learned a thing or two over the decade since he's been the Broncos coach.

Soup Bowl Haircut is one of the dumbest owners in the NFL. The Faders just keep throwing money at mediocrity.

Travis Kelce has more Playoffs TD's than Carr- LOL

Kinda counting out Hardman because they gonna compete but Ju Ju will probably win that out right but I think Hardman is going have a much bigger role in this offense and some deep balls for touchdowns.

huh

Devante Adams first 3 seasons had 1926 yards 16 Touchdowns.

Mecole Hardman first 3 seasons had 2091 yards and 12 touchdowns

You all act like nobody gets better in this league. Some take longer than other some just need more opportunity to make plays. When a guy like Tyreek takes all the targets even when double covered kinda hard for a guy to prove himself and any mistake is amplified. On ratio Tyreek made just as many mistakes but nobody cared because it was Tyreek. Mecole makes one mistake crucify him even if later he makes up for it but the mistake is not forgive.

I don't care if Mecole wins#1 it's competition I like to see, and the best man for the job is the one I want. I think this is going be Mecole best year and make some noise . I also don't get the hate he is a good kid always smiling doing what ever is asked of him. He's right on par with Devante Adams first three seasons.

Looking at Ju Ju first three years kinda blows them both out of the water but he didn't have Tyreek on the other side of the ball.

Be haters if you want but this is Mecole Hardman opportunity of his lifetime and I hope he makes the best of it.

Mahomes contract is looking more like a bargain every year.

We will be getting even more value as he is entering his prime years and still learning his craft and each year elevates. What ever the defense brings he will have an answer for. Funny that it's a copy cat league so what worked last year as far as 7 and 8 in coverage he will be well planned for picking them apart then when they come up there's a 65 yard bomb for touchdown.

I kinda expect this to be a 50+ TD season 5000+ yards the extra game helps but i think he can do it in 16 games.

The division will be harder but I think that makes us better and make us the strongest team going into the playoffs.

I don't think we've even had a road game in 4 years of hosting AFCCG.

It be interesting if we get a road game but I'd rather keep the home game advantage.

That contract doesn't seem that bad; Carr is a serviceable quarterback who has played pretty well when he's not under pressure. While we can scoff and laugh because the Chiefs have pretty much owned the AFC West since Mahomes arrived, I'm not sure who the Raiders could bring in for that sort of money.

Heck yeah- he looks All Pro in the summer with shorts on- but soon as the weather changes he fades.

The first sign of cold weather, he turtles up like George Costanza jumping in a frigid lake.

As a Chief fan, I approve of this

Who knows how good/bad this contract is? Looking at it from today's standpoint, it's a lot of money for a middle or the road QB. But when you look at what some of the other schlubs around the league are making, it's not bad.
His record vs. the Chiefs is 3-13 and 2 of those wins were pre-Mahomes.

jdubya 04-14-2022 03:52 PM

It’s actually a team friendly contract. If he shits the bed this season they can cut him with very little dead money

Not to mention Aaron Rodgers being responsible for nearly all of Adams' yards. Even Raider fan isn't going to say Carr is everything Rodgers is.
