Sure, it has comedic value.

But it has no football value at all. None.

The Ravens only pass the Chiefs in seeding if the Chiefs dont handle their own business. Even if they managed to do pass them, then it doesn't matter to me if they play them in KC or Baltimore because the field is the same dimension and the Chiefs are simply better with an actual QB.

I want to see part 2 of Antonio Brown trolling Brady with a sex tape.

So you disagree that Brady gets calls in big games? One way to ensure the Bucs don’t make the SB is keeping them out of the playoffs and that means they lose as often as possible. I do not feel like Baltimore is a threat.

No, I don't disagree.

The Bucs aren't making the Super Bowl, with or without a win against the Ravens.

For all the talk of Baltimore being no threat, the Bucs are even less so.

It doesn't really matter. It's all about record at the end of the year.

There's never a reason to root for an AFC team to beat an NFC team. The whole thought process is irrational.

If it was week 17 and a Ravens win over TB (of course they wouldn't be playing TB in week 17, but shut up) meant the Ravens won their division and the Bengals would miss the playoffs... then it's completely rational to root for the Ravens.

In October... meh, too many variables and what-ifs to overthink it.

Exactly why you take the simple, obvious answer and never root for an NFC team to beat an AFC team. It's the only logical answer.

True, but the NFCS is not very good. TB could make the playoffs just by being the best team in a bad division, which is why the more they lose the more likely they miss the playoffs.

I have zero doubts KC will make the playoffs and depending on how Buffalo plays, possibly be the #1 seed. Baltimore won’t impact that. Plus if Baltimore doesn’t make the playoffs it’s because another team did. If KC handles business they are finishing at worst as the #2 seed.

KC is good enough to make and win the SB. I would rather them face anyone besides a Brady led “swan song” Bucs team as I do not feel the game would be called fairly.

You're still in Marty Schottenheimer Because Chiefs mode, and that's ok. That was gone for me the day we were down 24 in the playoffs and came back and kicked their ass and won the SB.
