But the Bills have beaten that battle tested Chiefs team 2 of the last 3 times and were a bad coaching decision away from beating them 3 times in a row.

I still can't fault the coach for kicking it deep. Tyreek had a huge punt return earlier in the game. I mean 13 seconds...the defense should have been able to keep the from driving the field in 2 plays...

KC was a slipped CB away from making that coaching decision irrelevant.

I think people meant squib kicking, and not playing defense 20 yards back leaving the middle of the field open.

Radio show just said Vikings have played a backup QB in 5 of their 8 games so far.

Could be 6 of 9 if Allen is out this week.

Even then the leagues #1 defense should have been able to get 1 stop in 13 seconds.

First, I completely agree.

But, and this is just trivia, but didn't MIN beat somebody last season during a PT game? Thought I remembered that.

And some people will scoff at the whole idea that Cousins is "cursed" in PT games. Whatever. He's lost most of those PT games, and there's no denying that.

Regardless, Cousins doesn't do well when he's pressured and/or he has to improvise. If he can play on time and on schedule and his receivers do the same to get open, he's good. Any part of that fails, and he has to create, forget about it.

The line went from 7.5 to 3.5.

hmm. the 'battle tested' thing is so subjective, I hate using it to prop up any argument. How many times in the last four years have had trolls come in here and scream, "we're more battle tested than you are''?

BUF is the best team in the AFC right now. On paper, they are the most complete team.

But it's also true that BUF hasn't beaten KC in the playoffs in the Mahomes era. So who's more battle tested? The team that's won a couple regular season matchups, or the team that got the W in the playoffs when it mattered the most?

Which team has been to the AFCCG and won it more often since 2018?

From that perspective, KC is obviously the more battle tested team, and BUF isn't "battle tested" at all.

That's amazing luck for the Vikings

Agreed.

It’s KC’s crown until someone takes it from them.

Mahomes shitting the bed doesn’t qualify as Cinci giving it to them IMO. I know people won’t like that but KC was the better team regardless of outcome.

He's not cursed, he's just not a great QB.

Great. Now we're all set up for Keenum's revenge.

A Keenum led Bills vs a Cousins led Vikings is a much more evenly matched game all of a sudden. It's not like Keenum isn't capable in spot duty.
