Offense drove into FG position twice and Special Teams unit choked on those 2 drives. Also a fumble by Special Teams to setup 7 points for the Colts.

Uh yeah, maybe try cutting Taylor loose

Hard to think of many matchups I’d less rather watch.

Matt Ryan was the MVP of football in 2016, one year before Mahomes was drafted.

The league looks different now.

Sorry Mr. Concussion, but Barry Sanders was the best at making people miss and getting extra yards.

Emmitt Smith was great, but making people miss isn't what he is known for.

'Drove' or stalled? As I remember it, the offense had several opportunities to score TDs, but stalled out due to some sloppy errors and ended up having to settle for FG attempts.

Then in the second half, they scored a single FG, then it was turnover on downs, missed a FG and an INT.

Sounds like the offense shitting the bed to me.

I’ve heard that’s the best streaming platform.

Turnover on Downs with a Fake Field Goal because Andy didn’t trust the kicker after he shanked a pretty easy FG attempt. Special Teams shit the bed all game. In addition to the punt fumble, Moore also mishandled another punt return that put the KC offense at the 1 yard line. Pretty much a death sentence there. Colts have a good defense too. Just ask those high flying Eagles about how their offense played against the Colts.

They drove 53 yards on the missed field goal and they drove 64 yards on the Fake Field Goal. So yes, those were solid drives by the Offense. Special Teams screwed up to cost the team 6 points on those FG situations, just like Special Teams screwed the pooch with a punt fumble for a Colts TD and a mishandled punt return that buried the KC offense at their own 1 yard line. Those 4 plays were huge, at minimum a 13 point swing for the Colts.

That kicker wasn't very good. But he also was some JAG we signed off the street, so I can't fault the entire ST unit over one JAG Veach signed in an emergency situation. Not like he had much choice at the time.

But then the offense should've been more focused so that we didn't have to rely on that JAG, whatever his name was.

But none of that absolves an offense that only scored three times out of a possible 9 scoring drives. That's not just way below KC's season average (also well below any Mahomes-led season), but far below the NFL average.

ST definitely hurt the cause, but they didn't decide the game. The offense scoring just 3 points in the entire second half with four possible scoring drives sealed their fate. Never mind scoring just twice out of five scoring drives in the first half.

Bottom line, it was an ugly game all around, but the offense's job is to score points. On at least 50% of their drives to be merely NFL average. Not even Chiefs average, which is more like 65% of the time.
