Really, the guy is pretty unlucky that the Chiefs drafted him. He wins the Walter Camp award, has a huge year his senior season at Penn State, has big things ahead of him in the NFL... then he gets picked by Carl as a backup plan or for bargaining leverage against Priest Holmes, against the objections of Dick Vermeil who didn't want him. He doesn't play, gets frustrated understandably. Then when a coach does decide to use him, he runs him into the ground and shortens his career.

Yeah, he made a lot of problems for himself but you can't help but wonder what might have been if he'd been drafted by a team that was serious about him.

How on earth is this guy not a regular CP member? He'd fit right in.

That would be epic.

JFK conspiracy allegations
Madeleine Duncan Brown, an advertising executive who claimed to have had both an extended love affair and a son with President Lyndon B. Johnson, said that she was present at a party at the Dallas home of Clint Murchison Sr. (another oil tycoon), on the evening prior to the assassination of John F. Kennedy that was attended by Johnson as well as other famous, wealthy, and powerful individuals including Hunt, Murchison, J. Edgar Hoover, and Richard Nixon.[19]

According to Brown, Johnson had a meeting with several of the men after which he told her: "After tomorrow, those goddamn Kennedys will never embarrass me again. That's no threat. That's a promise."[19][nb 1] Brown's story received national attention and became part of at least a dozen John F. Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories.[19]

This conspiracy theory was debunked by Kennedy assassination investigator Dave Perry. Evidence showed neither President Johnson nor Hoover were in Dallas at the time of the alleged party and Murchison had not lived in his Dallas home for a number of years. Witnesses place Murchison at his East Texas ranch.[21]

Kinda crazy that the Hunt family was the basis the show "Dallas" was made after. To be a fly on the wall!!!!

I love Johnson. My favorite president. If he had guests in the oval office (NYTimes or Foreign Dignitary) he'd casually walk over to his custom toilet he had installed and take a meaty shit. He had a visible running tally on how much pussy he got compared to kennedy. He'd show people his gall-bladder scar. He was the best.

Well.....can you guys prove that's not true???? I think LJ may be on to something here. Let's ask him where Bin Laden and Elvis are hiding out together.

If there is one thing I KNOW, it's that there doesn't exist a conspiracy too far out-there for CP.

My BIL acted like that at one time. He's a little better now but I know some of the stuff he used to do and I'll bet LJ is doing the same stuff.

He's a woman's man, no time for talk.
