Incentivizing teams for promoting/hiring minority candidates is stupid. Teams should be doing that anyway if the minority candidate is the most qualified. It's almost like patting a guy on the back for paying child support. You're supposed to do that and you shouldn't get extra credit for doing what is expected.

Apparently the proposed sale seeks an indemnification for Snyder. The indemnification would be between Snyder and the Harris ownership group. That is, if there was litigation against the Washington team based upon Snyder's actions, Harris would be prevented from coming against Snyder. Very interesting,.
