I don't think Skyy will be a guy measured by yards and touchdowns but more by catches. I can see him getting a lot of catches.

That's his style, he's the best Yac guy in the draft. He starts quick, gets up to speed fast...but cause he's 6'3 people expect something different.

He doesn't play like he's 6'3 he's more like Aiyuk.

Man. Johnston has some red flags, athletically that I think could cause him to possibly slide into the mid second. Some of the times he put up were very discouraging in terms of him translating his production to the bigger stage.

He almost reminds me of “DK lite” in terms of being a big body WR that wins on routes where he almost exclusively runs straight and makes the play, but may not do the other things as well and that limits his ceiling in the offense, but absolutely plays a defined and effective role in the offense, at the same time.

The way he catches short passes and punished defenders is fun to watch. He would be lethal with all the short stuff Andy loves to do.

Here’s the niche I think QJ could have in this offense…

The bigger, athletic defenders with speed are always focused on limiting TK87 and matching up with him. Johnston would immediately create matchup problems with any secondary. Not many defenses have enough talent to this offense with him out there.

He has the movement skills of a smaller guy, sure. But i think Aiyuk is a more physical presence. Rice is a much more comparable player to Aiyuk imo.

I do feel like im being harsher on the guy than i should be. Watching him right now, matter of fact.

Trying to ignore the stuff i dont like and just focus on what i do. I do like his movement skills. He's a true YAC threat. Can be a real threat in open space.
