I just went and looked it up. Apparently it's Jeff Fryer from Loyola Marymount back when they were a run and gun team. Hit 11 threes in a tournament game in 1990.

This Gohlke guy doesn't even really play basketball. He literally just stands around and shoots 3s. 9.9 FG attempts per game and 9.7 of them are 3FG
