Yeah, but I mean the guy himself. He just wasn't cut out for it. And who can you really blame? The moron who gets hired, or the people who hire him? You can say ****ing. It's okay. If you're worried about those words at work, then go down to the bottom of the forum page along the yellow stripe, and change it to at work mode. It will hide avatars and signatures, etc. Also, you have a choice between filtered and unfiltered.
