I went a month once ... I think after you get past the 10-14 day mark, it gets a lot easier.

yes this I always feel like quiting after intense hangovers, however the next day when I feel well again i cant wait for a drink. I feel your pain. The withdrawals are horrible I actually got prescribed to klonopin to kill the anxiety. I still can't quit and i usually deal with the anxiety because I cant justify becoming addicted to a benzodiazapam to relieve my addiction to alcohol. it's a vicious cycle. I dont know what benzodiazapam is but it sounds more expensive than beer. Makes me want to quit. Kinda.

I'm in again. Been off the tobacco for several weeks and off the diet coke since last Friday. No headaches or other withdrawal symptoms for either. I was moderately irritable for a few days after I quit the tobacco.
