CHENZ A! 02-21-2013 11:54 AM

There's this dipshit neighbor I have that falls asleep in his car with the music blaring late at night on a regular basis. One time this moron had his kitchen sink clogged up so he decided turning on the hot water full blast would be a good way to unclog it. Then he went and fell asleep on his couch, and flooded the 2 apartments below him.

Well this dumb**** just dug out his car to try and leave! He's been spinning his wheels for the last 15 min, and he can't even get back into his spot that he just vacated! LMAO

Yep, another neighbor stuck now.. I had lived here for a little over 3 years, and never received a noise complaint. Within 1 month of this grumpy old bitch moving in, she'd complained on me twice.. If either of these people were kind, or considerate, I'd throw on some clothes and help dig out a path to get them in a parking spot, but they're not, so I'll watch and laugh.

bobbymitch 02-21-2013 01:17 PM

All we are getting is sleet, over 4 inches so far. The short legged dog is having issues trying to take a whiz. I don't expect to see a snow plow until tomorrow or Saturday. Oh well, I got no where to go anyway.

Yeah I watched some dipshit spin his wheels for about 10 minutes, I went out and asked him if I could give him a push. He looked at me like I kicked his dog and said "Nah we're good, makin progress." His 2 wheel Dodge pickup is still stuck out on the middle of the lot.

Mr. Laz 02-21-2013 01:44 PM

stopped snowing now, they say it will start up again later

hard to tell how much we got, some of the drifts look 2 feet high

i'd say 8-12 inches

Radar Chief 02-21-2013 01:45 PM

We got a couple inches of snow but most of it came down as sleet, KOAM says 1-3” but it’s sitting on the roads one hell of a lot thicker than that. Misting now, turning it into slushy mess.

I saw a couple of other neighbors go out to try and help this lady, and dig her out with brooms. Sure enough about 15 min later, I hear a knock on my door. This lady is trying to recriuit me?! **** that, I didn't even get up and go to the door. This isn't a matter of life and death, so I'm not going to go out and get cold and wet. An inch isn't even worth starting that monstrosity up for. I'm not too worried about a snowblower, I could go buy one right now if I wanted to but I don't see why I should when I have a teenager and a snow shovel.

TribalElder 02-21-2013 02:31 PM

We've probably got about 9" here in Independence, supposed to get about 3 or 4" more tonight. Dug out best I could, but nobody's going anywhere until the side streets get plowed. Here you can see how deep it was in the street. This is about mid calf high.

It's bad all over the State. Pictures from Columbia: US 63 in Columbia, and Providence Road just south of Farout Field. Total frickin' mess:

Frosty 02-21-2013 03:43 PM

Do people there tend to have snow tires? We get a couple of storms a winter like that but since we are used to it, people tend to have good tires and the state is good on keeping on top of the plowing and de-icing so you don't see snarled traffic like that. However, over on the coast, they aren't used to it or prepared so snow and/or ice really makes a mess.

gblowfish 02-21-2013 03:44 PM

When you have 9 or 10 inches of snow, nobody is going anywhere unless they're in a big ass 4-wheel drive. Regular cars and tractor trailers are toast with that much snow. The whole state of Missouri is a mess today. Snow north of I-70, Ice south.

Imon Yourside 02-21-2013 03:46 PM

I had to go out for a bit and hit a snow bank..not quite hard enough to get through it. A Marine pulled over and spent an hour helping dig me out. He wouldn't accept a dime from me. If you are on here(doubtful) I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart bro.

I love when all these morons think they are perfect drivers in 12" of snow and they somehow will be the only one on the road. Most of those assholes are getting what they deserve.
