It's the little things that entertain me.

Watching the replay of the SF/Den game, chuckling at Vernon Davis' statline:

41 catches, 548 yards, 13.4 TD, 5 INT

LMAO

I wanted the Browns to take him, or Cooper. Both are going to be studs.....but, yeah, not at 1.1 and my browns don't need tackles.

Buddy of mine is a big Seahags fan and couldn't stop talking about Quinn tonight. LMAO

I just said it's preseason dude.

Dixon from SF is running pretty well.

Both offenses as a whole, like nearly all teams in the PS look overwhelmed/out of rhythm

Except for Tavaris Jackson still playing in the 4th quarter for Seattle. LMAO

Starter two years ago, playing the Ricky Stanzi role this year.

A lot to like from the Broncos. Duke Ihenacho is a player he reminds me of Brian Dawkins, Nate Irving showed flashes on defense and special teams, CJ Anderson looks really good especially when you consider how bad our second and third string OL is, Julius Thomas isn't just a TC superstar, he is showing it in games now and he could be our secret weapon on offense this year.

Exactly. The idiocy is equal to the Elway days. The arrogance will follow IF they win the Super Bowl. The home playoff choke-job keeps it somewhat in check.

Here's another one that's sure to follow if Miller gets suspended - "I think the Broncos will be play better without him because the players will be more focused." ROFL

Eli to Cruz TD

Okay, get the firsts out.

Edit: Nobody's watching?

Giants 10 Steelers 3

First Quarter is over - Eli is done for the night... Carr is in - the end

Damontre Moore is a beast!

Edit: David Carr should retire - He is horrendous.

Damontre Moore is very impressive- and he is only 20 years old - Played with the firsts. He was all over Ben.

Giants have a new DE - DaMonster... He is a disruptive force.

Cullen Jenkins looks good. hope he can stay healthy.

Herzlich stinks. He needs to go.

OMG, Curtis Painter sucks... Coughlin is shaking his head...LOL

Wow, end of third quarter and the Giants have no penalties.

Nassib sacked on his first play - the offensive scrubs forgot to block for him - LOL

OMG, snap goes over Nassib's head and watches the ball roll as the Steelers scrubs run it in for a TD. Hahahahahaha

Sweet Daddy Hate 08-10-2013 10:07 PM

How are the Giants so consistently tough? Eli has proven to be on it when it counts, but the team itself usually starts kind of slow but finishes strong. That's a good organization.

Wrong again. That's the exact opposite of what the Giants do. They start great and fall off in the last 8 games of the season

2007: 6-2 first 8 games. 4-4 last 8
2008: 7-1 first 8 games. 5-3 last 8
2009: 5-3 first 8 games. 3-5 last 8
2010: 6-2 first 8 games. 4-4 last 8
2011: 6-2 first 8 games. 4-4 last 8
2012: 6-2 first 8 games. 4-4 last 8.

They've never started out slow and they don't finish strong.

Setsuna 08-10-2013 10:17 PM

Landry Jones is who we thought he was. What an awful pick for a historically competent organization.

The Giants are not going to win many games if they don't straighten out the run defense. Spencer Paysinger, Mark Herzlich, and Keith Rivers are the starting linebackers - and they were awful. The group showed little contain.

Not happy with the Giants offensive line. Two starters were out, but still – They had no push. The Chiefs have a really good offensive line. Power on the lines win games.

Landry Jones made me laugh. On his first snap, runs into the RB in the end zone – drops the ball, and then falls on it for a safety. I am not sure who has the worst backup QBs - the Giants or the Steelers.

Yeah, I'm sure the Rooney's are bawling their eyes out because they spent a 4th round pick on a developmental QB.

The Giants have quality pass rushers and a lot of them. Thus, they always have fresh legs when it counts in the postseason.

Eli really is a clutch player. Case in point, he has an NFL worst 56 interceptions over the last three seasons but has another ring in the middle of it all. Talk about a guy that really knows when to turn it on.

The league ebbs and flows, but NYC has been pretty consistent for a while now. Coughlin never struck as that awesome of a coach, but the old ****er knows how to get his results.

The $12M that wasn't given to Dumervil allowed us to sign Shaun Phillips, Wes Welker and Ryan Clady. There isn't a GM in the league who wouldn't make that trade.

SAUTO 08-11-2013 03:51 PM

ELWAY is better than I thought.

He signed Phillips, Welker, clady for 12 million
