You could just count Cooper's snaps and subtract the snaps in which Flowers was injured from that. Pretty much any time that Cooper was on the field, Flowers was in the slot.

There is no talent at the CB position anymore. When you're pinning your hope on a pair of UDFA's...your secondary is in trouble.
Cooper never got benched. He was moved to the 3rd CB after Robinson got demoted and it stayed that way all year, except when Flowers was hurt and he was starting.

He played badly late in the season without question, but he was on the field giving up plays.

Theme of the offseason is replacing vets with guys they believe have the talent to play at or better than their level.

Obviously Dorsey/Reid believe in young guys like Cooper, Bailey, Catapano, Fisher, Commings, Johnson, Jenkins, Hemmingway, Kelce, etc.

One has to wonder if that's a solid strategy. Normally when going young you would sprinkle in some high level talent from early in the draft. Instead they're going with cast-offs, UDFAs, and guys that might not ever be fully healthy.
