Reid's offense is great when the QB has no problem throwing it deep occasionally. Smith unlike Vick or McNabb can't or won't do it. That is one problem.

The other problem is that Reid is too loyal and won't fire or bench people when it needs to happen. So Sutton needs to go but that won't happen. Smith needs to be benched but that won't happen either.

So Reid would be a good coach with a better QB and DC??

Not having any zone defense has nothing to do with Alice being 2 for 7 for 39 yards in the first half yesterday.

This defense requires Revis and Cromartie to work. It puts a tremendous amount of pressure on CB and a QB can pretty much pick which one he wants to attack.
