It happened to Adrian Peterson THIS WEEK...

Peterson tried to come back from a 4 month injury in 3 months. It's not a huge surprise. He's an aging RB.

Houston and Gaines both had ample time to recover, and both are struggling evidently to stay on the field.

But please, continue to give our training staff a free pass that can't seem to do shit right this year.

So you are a surgeon? Never would have guessed it.

What are you even talking about? I'm just tired of making excuses for the staff, the players.

Tell me one player other than the 3 on the Chiefs that missed games this year after ACL surgery for 'knee swelling'? I'm not including AP and his premature and unnecessary return from the meniscus. Or how about the fact that DJ was on the injury report for 2 weeks for his Achilles right before he blew it out? Coaching obviously deserves some blame there too.

Shit is tired. Maybe it's just bad luck, but I'm tired of accepting it like it's perfectly okay when we are trying to make a push this year.

Im going to make this very simple for you.

Every person recovers different from surgery. Some heal very fast with no set backs, others dont. No 2 surgeries or people are exactly the same.

You are aware James Andrews did Houston and JC's surgeries right?

Do you think the Chiefs are unable to follow rehab plans for some reason?

We aren't the only team who goes through this, we just happen to be the team you follow.

Then who else? Who else in the league has had players miss to knee swelling following ACL surgery? Let alone 3 players in the same year.

Maybe, but I sure haven't heard of it.

Didn't Houston come back only 9 months after surgery?

I know he didn't technically have a tear but his ACL wasn't functioning properly. Did they have to cut it during surgery? Either way, it sounds like a unique injury to me.

I don't know about the level of the fan base overall, but I can post with 100% accuracy that your presence at CP has most assuredly brought the intelligence level down to a zone that hovers between "goldfish" and "dog turd".

All these guys tore their ACL last year, came back and haven't had problems with it this year.

We have THREE guys with knee swelling issues

You are guaranteeing that every team has had 3 guys come back from an ACL and then miss games from swelling?

Im saying every team has had players have swelling after knee surgery that has cost them games. It just happened with AP in Minny.

Whats the point here? You think the team with the 3rd highest paid coach and GM in the league is getting their PT from Dollar General?

Somehow Clark, Reid, and Dorsey are willing to pay Houston $90MM but won't pay adequately for his knee rehab?

I swear fans are brainless sometimes.

Shit happens, every body is different. To act like the Chiefs dont have adequate health care is ridiculous.

I didn't say any of that. I just wanted to clarify what you were actually guaranteeing.

I have just been informed that Matt Cassel is still employed in this league, and that there exists the possibility of the Chiefs facing him and whatever unfortunate team hired him through a certain playoff scenario.

How can the NFL be so irresponsible?

You CAN'T put Cassel and Smith in the same building, much less share the same field! The Mediocre Overload is going to absolutely fry the satellite feed and probably injure the young and elderly!
