A rested Sammy will carry the team to victory over the Packers, and the Super Bowl retrospective will call it a key game in the quest to bring the Lombardi back home to Kansas City.

You dumb asses really think the team is conceding? If guys are healthy...They play. PERIOD. Holy shit this place is reeruned.

Be nice if he could play 1/4 as good as Diggs did last night.
|

I’m calling my shot: Sammy Watkins will have 2 TDs and be our leading receiver against the Pats.

YAC Machine bout to light 'em up. |
So over paid. 3rd option in the passing game at best.
|
If he blows up in the playoffs he will be worth it.
Funny, that's what I've said about all the highly paid players. **** the regular season, do work when it really counts. |

He was open for 2 TDs against the Raiders.
Shit happens. |

These things matter. |
Remember when Sammy Watkins went 114 yards in the Chiefs most important game in franchise history last season vs New England? Lets go Sammy Ironman Watkins.
It's just about time to cash in. |
If Sammy plays in the last game. I win.

But Gaybeard the CP Butt****ing Moron Pirate doesn't post on holidays; those days are sacrosanct and are to be spent getting his chocolate love tunnel plowed by his Cabin Boy. |
I thought he'd have a big year and was a pretty sure bet to return in 2020, but 50 catches for 650 and 3 TD at a cost of almost 20 million this year makes me think he'll be gone in the off-season.
|
He’s 100000% gone next year
|
Since he missed two games BWillie has lost the bet.

I think getting rid of Sammy would be a mistake.

I don't hate Watkins or anything, but his inability to stay on the field is a major problem, and you don't pay a guy with what, 600 yards $20 million. He gone. In retrospect, Veach's worst signing in pay/performance ratio. I ain't mad, it was worth the risk, but the gamble on Watkins' health didn't really pay off. You have several options already on the roster to replace/improve that production. Hardman will certainly take a bigger role. D Rob if you want to keep him-he's dependable. Pringle has shown promise. |
It's time for Hardman to rise. Also the Jags are going to pick up Watkins and Robinson because we love retreads. Smh. :cuss:

He averaged 16m a year on his contract... also outproduced in 2019 the likes of: Ty Hilton Adam Thielen Alshon Jeffery Brandin Cooks Who all average between 11m-16m a year on their contracts. The Chiefs were a matchup mayhem for anyone trying to contain Kelce / Tyreek / Hunt / Watkins last year. Top 5 All time offense. |

If you take away Tyreek's Titans and Vikings game.... hes totaled 37 catches for 502 yards, thats about an average of 4 catches for 50 yards a game... over a season thats 64 catches for 800 yards... for over 18m a year!!! Lets get rid of him... PS: not trying to bag on you OKchiefs, just the absurdity of cherry picking stats to make it fit a narrative. I agree he needs to be gone, but I think he served a purpose. |
I think you have to go by the original intent. I don’t think that intent was to include a few snaps as a game played. To me, there’s a big difference between “a game played” and “a game played IN.”
But I guess it should’ve been clarified. |
