I don't have all this respect for Schefter, but he's not going to shoot his load on something that might not be true. And I have waaaaay more trust in Schefter to report the items when he trusts them than I have trust for Tom Brady to not be a crybaby bitch just because we're about to go a full two weeks talking about a Super Bowl he won't be involved in. |

He wants to do it his way, in a way to promote again his brand and name. Having it leak before maybe his final episode, or having it leak before the actual announcement is detrimental and makes it lose its “surprise” and “wow factor” So again, I think you’re misguided for thinking this leaked from his camp, per his request. |

Jesus...you Brady ballwashers know no limits...****ing cult. Well, there are two other teams that "almost" had 20...so the record isn't a big deal...news flash...they didn't break it because it's an unparalleled threshold...Chiefs had 4. Think on it.. |

I hope he retires during the preseason like Luck, so he can ruin all of the Buccaneers offseason plans.

Maybe he's tired of using drugs to keep playing. He obviously is and the NFL just ignores it as they would with any star QB. If Brady played any other sport he would under heavy scrutiny as a ped user but we are to believe his stupid TB12 method keeps his arm from being weak and his body fresh after getting hit. It's total bullshit. If he played baseball, basketball or ****ing soccer would you believe any of that shit? He's been hit more than any QB ever but played longer than any QB ever but he's totally clean? Common sense says no.
|
Quote:
In a sense they had 4 more games of penalties than the average team since you’re counting the full 20 games for the “record” rather than viewing it on an even playing field such as “regular season”. Why did Tampa bay only get 12 this last season? Why did Tom only get 1 roughing the passer call all year but Matt than got 10? Why did the bucs mount an amazing come back but still lose the game to the Rams? I mean shit, if they win that game your “fixed is in” ass would be on that game like flys on shit. Think on it black op, if it pushes your narrative, you’re going with it, if it doesn’t, it’s just extra shit that doesn’t matter. |
The real Brady is the one that Bill didn't want. He was declining. The doper is the one TB got.
|
I hope he disappears forever...so many fake wins propped by fake calls. I had documented it...then lost track.
The Steelers TE TD reversal was the epitome of 50% of his legacy...there will never be another player who the NFL orchestrated a fictitious narrative around. That is how I will remember him...the fake Michael Jordan. The NFL needed a Superstar to grow it's international brand...so they invented one. |

It was surreal to see him called for a penalty last weekend...I've never seen that before. I've never seen a critical, game-deciding call go against him in a big game...in two decades. I've seen it so many times in his favor...you just came to accept it was going to happen. Any of the great QBs could have had success like that...if every time they needed a bailout call...it came. |
This whole thing reminds me of the ending of Shane with Bucs/Pats fans playing the role of Joey. Ride off into the wilderness, Tommy.

You are clearly biased since you are now inferring that Defensive players won't get near brady when trying to get a sack because "refs will flag them". You're a moron. Everyone and their mother is trying to sack the GOAT. Be mad at me for calling him the GOAT, better be mad at Mahomes & tyreek too then since they just tweeted hes the goat, along with half the NFL community of personnel that actually matter unlike you and I. And again, you're just throwing out random shit, with no actual conversation to be had. You're just shit talking and upset because the big bad Brady's buccaneers set the DPI for 2020 and not someone else. Like I tell all my buddies, success breeds haters, and you're one of them. We will have PLENTY of them near the end of Mahomes' Career. We are now hosting 4 straight AFC championships (never done before) You don't think people are gonna get sick of seeing us in the big game every year and rooting against us and nit picking every single call and play that goes our way?? You're just salty. EDIT: Oh yeah makes more sense to have the rams win in their new stadium than to send the GOAT off with his 8th ring into retirement. You're right, the rams stadium is a much better talking point & selling point. |
Brady will drag it out until he has an ESPN Plus special dedicated to his retirement.

He's probably just going to Bosley again for some more hair plugs and wants to go off the grid for a couple months until his scalp incision heals.
He'll resurface with some team right around the start of training camp. Maybe Bezos buys the Donks and brings Brady and Rodgers in for dual quarterback "super team" to try to break the 13 game losing streak to the defending Super Bowl champion 2022 KC Chiefs. |

Watch half of the Patriots games for the 3 years before Brady arrived to get some idea of the trend of the team and the ability level of the players. And then just watch his entire first season after their 100 million dollar QB Bledsoe got hurt. If you do that and are honest, you will understand why Brady is so great. The guy is underrated since everyone is looking for a 6"5 QB that runs like Usain Bolt but throws the ball like Jeff George. It doesn't matter if you can throw the ball 1000 yards if you can't make the correct decisions quickly and throw accurately into tight windows with consistency. Brady didn't have the Jeff George arm but he could still throw it about 73 yards accurately on an injured ankle. That is more than good enough when most QB's including Brady rarely throw the ball over 60 yards. The only thing the guy that was lacking was running ability outside of the pocket and that is a double edged sword since the most effective running by a quarterback is stepping up into the pocket and running that way. Well that style of play deployed by Cam Newton/Josh Allen is liable to get the QB hurt. All other running may still be a positive on balance but it has more negatives associated with it than average fan realizes since when you start running, it is harder to see down the field and sometimes you run into a sack/worse opportunity. Some Brady haters like to suggest he was a statue in the pocket. That is like the furthest thing from the truth. Bledsoe was fairly statuesque in the pocket, Brady had very good and not just good pocket mobility. He must have practiced the movements so religiously they became 2nd nature. |

He overcome a key fumble by Dion Lewis. Gronk just played 26 snaps since Gronk got an illegal shot to the head taking him out of the game in the first half.... I have watched the game before, there really was 3 penalties by the Jags that made the huge difference in penalty yards. Two very obvious DPIs for around 65+ yards and a 15 yarder for a headshot to Gronk. The Patriots understandable would rather have Gronk not take a tough shot to the head than 15 yards. All 3 calls comprising the bulk of the yards were obvious with announcers not questioning them at all but stating they were clear calls. It would have been egregious and ridiculous not to call them. On one play, Patriots top deep threat was pushed out of bounds. Literally pushed 2 yards so he ended up out of bounds while ball is in flight. I don't know why the Jags defender did that but it may have just been genuine fear of Brady's accuracy throwing the ball. On another Patriots receiver slowed down since the ball was underthrown by Brady. But instead of playing it right, Jags defender starts a mini horse collar of Patriots receiver and turns him around when ball is still in the air. Another rather obvious flag that any ref even in a game of letting stuff go needs to call every time. Jags secondary simply messed up on at least 2 of those 3 plays. I won't say the illegal hit on Gronk was a mess up if you are trying to knock him out of the game with a concussion. Tell me which one of those 3 plays you disagree with and any calls not called against the Patriots that game that were as egregious as those 3? The fact of the matter is the Jags had multiple opportunities to win in the 4th quarter but the Patriots made the plays and won the game. That was the game in which Gilmore from what I can remember made a great play on a pretty good throw to seal the game. By the way, watch all of the Patriots games against Denver in the playoffs and you will see a game in which the Patriots kind of got *****. Denver was committing a bunch of penalties without it being called. These weren't minor ones like 2015 AFC championship game where Gronk in the end zone of two different plays were interfered with slyly by defenders such as Talib. |

How many extremely accurate passer in NFL history have played with physical freaks like Mike Evans, aging but still good Gronk and to a lesser extent Chris Godwin/Antonio Brown/Scottie Miller and had a good offensive line? Miller got some calls since even though he isn't that good, he is fast for a 4th or 5th receiver and so when single teamed defenders realized they were screwed at times and just interfered. If Miller was treated as a number 1 or 2 option by defenses, he would rarely get calls. Mike Evans did get a lot of DPIs but he is also called for his fair share of offensive pass interference calls. No suprise that Evans got a lot of DPIs since defenses were legitimately fearful of long passes to him. First NFL receiver to begin his career with 7 or 8 1000 yard seasons. Brady threw a lot of long passes last year and at times defenders tackled Evans when the ball was in the air. Tyreek Hill probably doesn't get many DPIs as I have stated before since there really isn't a defender that can easily stay with him down the field so cornerbacks often give him big cushions. Defenders are usually giving him space and then hoping if its a 50/50 ball that they win that since Hill isn't that tall. When Brady had mediocre wide receivers in New England that were not deep threats despite his accuracy throwing the ball, he didn't normally get that many DPIs for who Brett Favre once called the most accurate quarterback he has ever seen. DPIs have a lot to do with the receiver/his style of play and not just how much defenders fear the throwing accuracy of a QB. |

Your post sums what seems to universal amongst the Brady cult...complete lack of objectivity. You simply ignore anything that doesn't support your worship... The cool thing about Mahomes..is I dont have to rationalize his wins to anyone. He's never been on the winning side of something as skewd as that. That was a disgrace...and you should be embarrassed as a fan. If something like that happened tomorrow...and Mahomes won on some overt bullshit. There isn't really one major call of significance with Brady in New England at least that pundits harp on that was wrong. Tell me the play that was as egregious as that Sorenson play...nevermind what happened to the Saints. Even most people admit the Tuck Rule was a bad rule to try to fix a tough issue but correctly called given the rule at the time which was enforced against the Patriots that same year. The video of the Jags AFC championship game makes it obvious Jags did DPI. See above Youtube commentary on the refs! See the pundits sarcasm... If you here the live game commentary, the announcers said it was clear right away. I explained why Jags got over 100 penalty yards. The vast majority came on 3 calls that most refs would call for any team/QB/receiver/tight end. If they didn't, they may be out of a job for poor performance after a while. As for the Chiefs under Reid and Mahomes.... As I've pointed it out before, lots of Niners fans feel they were shortchanged with the way that SB game was called/not called. In another close playoff game, the Sorenson hit was egregious and given how close that game ended up being and that Mahomes wasn't even in the game at the end, a possible game changer. Not as bad as the horrific non call that went against the Saints but one of the worst non calls in recent playoff history since in all likelihood it wiped a TD off the books. If we are being technical about consistently enforcing the rules, Tyreek Hill should have been called for taunting against Buffalo. Patriots were just beneficiaries of drafting Brady and some good cap management and team building over the years. The rest is mostly just sour grapes. The Patriots arguably lost Super Bowls and other playoff games to bad non calls/calls but the Patriots fans don't excessively whine about it. For example, see probably future HOFer Seymour held on critical play right before a miraculous play by Eli and the Giants. |

Apologies for my language... I'm a noob here...
Tom Brady can truly get ****ed. He's a goddamn sociopath. And the media can get ****ed too. They are collective sociopaths. We're about to get into the arguably the best, second, or third best weekend of NFL football with games that mean "everything", and this one who sucks the penis "legend" decides this is the time to start leaking stories, just like leaking the football from ten years ago... What a piece of shit. He's a media whore who simply has zero grace and doesn't even have the brains or intelligence or respect for the game, or anyone to do his retirement the right way. Leaked crap to the media to cloud the next few weeks when everyone's attention should be on the games ahead, but nope... ol Tom Brady can't stand to not be a part in the game and being an actual part of things, he's gonna sling this cloudy sludge of "I'm retiring" into it... The rich, wealthy and "gods" of this world truly, truly have zero class, and zero sensibility on what is right, wrong and good sense. And they simply do not care about anything or anyone outside of themselves. He'll never understand the things that tarnish his image because there are simply too many sycophantic suck-up posers who will wash his dirty undies and then sell them on eBay after they've jacked off. A "legend" with class would let the rest of the season play out, and give this moment, these teams, these coaches THEIR time because a "legend" respects it. Tom Brady is a ****ing whore. A talented whore with a chip on his shoulder, but ultimately, he's just a ****ing asshole piece of shit. **** him. **** him every day. This bullshit of "GOAT"... Go **** yourself... seriously... he's a cheater. he's a dickwad with his first wife. he's kinda dumb(ever heard an interview?), he believes in his own mythology. I'm actually embarrassed for him. If this one who sucks the penis actually does retire, I'm not even sure I'll believe it until he's out of the league for the next ten years, because I'll be willing to bet the son of a bitch will start itching in November of next year, and start hiring his own ass out for another trophy... Seriously. **** Tom Brady. **** Tom Brady. **** Tom Brady. I could go on, but I think I need a shot. |
He’s too chicken to come back. Will not end well for his feeble elderly body. He also doesn’t have the stones to face a year of humiliation. Bring it on chicken Tom.
