That was awesome! Honestly, who else would ever get a two hour sit down interview with Patrick Mahomes? That is something only Kelce or Andy could pull off. Now I am ready for the Superbowl podcast!
|
this episode wasn't long enough. So good.
|
Man this is good. Jesus I love Mahomes even more, and now Nagy too.

Mahomes and Kelce both seem to like Bienemy a lot. Multiple times they mention him and make it sound as if he creates a positive cultural force for this team.
|
His right knee looks swole. Kinda explains the gait. He needs a cleanup in the offseason I'm guessing of course but he probably puts hella stress on his knees with all the scrambling. I don't think he makes 20 seasons like Brady, Probably in that 12-15 year range. I'd like to see him retire champion in 2030.

That was such a fun pod. Jason Kelce is really really good at the podcast thing too. I hope they keep this going for a long time.

Pretty high level podcast as far as production and content. I wonder how they can afford that?
Neat stuff! |
That was awesome. Great time to be a Chiefs fan.

But yeah, seed money shouldn't be a problem. |

During the season it would be so damn easy to check out and it appears they don't. Plus, (other than the ads) they're pretty good at it. Some of it is the producers feeding them good questions, but they have really good chemistry, and the Mahomes interview is by far the best one he's done as a guy that's done a shitload of good interviews. |

Just fired up this week’s episode and have to agree with Travis now that I think about it.
We’re 2-0 against the Chargers and 4-0 against our division with only four games left. How tf haven’t we won our division yet? Bullshit. (I understand how it works, but when you put it that way, you’d think we’d have wrapped it up already) |

The one today is ****ING HILARIOUS.
Travis laughs his ass clean off his body laughing at the Brother****ing Cheatriot ****bags in the Raiders play. Here he is, in the AFCW, the Faid obviously hate him. But he says, "I'm with the Raiders on this one." And proceeds to almost fall out of his chair laughing at these mother****ers. I think it's fair to say there isn't any love lost between Travis and the Brother****ing Cheatriot ****bags. That aside, that segment was hilarious "Is that the ball?" ROFL |
Just in case...

Because they're absolutely right - Chandler Jones had to have eyes the size of dinner plates as that thing came floating over to him. No way in a million years that guy was expecting to see a football flying his direction there. |
Pretty hilarious recap of the Pats/Raiders ending. A lot funnier with their commentary.

I do enjoy watching these podcasts, it's really entertaining usually.

Not sure where to put this, but it's a video of the Christmas album Jason was talking about...hilarious! Also, NSFW due to language...much like their podcast:

So Ed Kelce is either in on the joke OR he's confirmed that the brothers name was originally pronounced "Kels" and he just didn't bother to correct anyone so for their entire lives until about 7 years ago, THEY thought it was pronounced Kelsie until he decided to start calling himself Kels again...
So...mystery solved? That's a different group of folks, right there. |
I haven't listened to the pod yet and I don't know shit about shit, but that is interesting.
I knew of a family with the last name Reinke. They always pronounced it Rain-kee, which is phonetic enough, but one time one of them said it should actually be pronounced like Rye-nuh-kee. I don't know if it's true or not, but I imagine this is how it starts lol you get tired of correcting people and just go with what's easiest |
I listened to last week's episode and noticed Travis alternates between Kelse and Kelsi

Man, all the feels. Have to admit it got me a little emotional listening to especially Donna kelce talk on the show. It reminded me a lot about all the sacrifices parents make who raise sports kids for all the right reasons. let her flip the coin. Not because she’s part of a cool historic Super Bowl achievement. But in honor of all the parents who put the work into raising a kid, let alone 2 kids, of this caliber.
