I'd say Tre White is a top 5 CB in the league. Poyer is really good too.

The problem is that they're CB's. MAYBE they can limit the big plays on the outside but they're not going to contribute anything to stopping Kelce and that's what will ultimately kill them.

It sure does.

Bills fans don't realize it, but Lajerius Sneed is:

1) A better NFL player than Matt Milano
2) A more impactful returnee in this rematch

OK, Milano MAY be help them a LITTLE against Kelce. The guy is not a run-stopper, but he's not a standout against the run.

Sneed is a dynamite slot weapon who can take away a good slot receiver while also defending the run like a SS and being a dangerous blitzer. And he frees up Mathieu to be used as a "Chaos" factor - all over the field.

For the record that is not my opinion. I copied and pasted that from 2 bill dirve.

You probably need to make that clear on your posts. It's very confusing otherwise. :thumb:

And if Tre White actually does follow Hill all game... how's he going to be in the 4th quarter, when White has ALREADY run as much as he does in a normal game, and there's still a quarter to go, and Hill is still running around like crazy?

I posted this last night, re: the defense having an "off day".

The Chiefs have given up 35 or more points just TWICE in the last 2 seasons, including the playoffs.

They've given up 30 or more only 8 times in 35 games.

Given the strength of Buffalo's offense, I expect them to score about 31.

The Chiefs won't have any trouble scoring more than that.

If the Bills break 24pts, I'll be surprised.

Especially if the Chiefs do run the ball. They're going to test the edges of that Buffalo defense, meaning White is going to be having to make tackles AND chase Hill around.

I'm hesitant to go that far but I don't think they'll go much further than 30.

Maybe 28 is a good middle ground.

Every Buffalo fan thinks they score 30 to 40 points on our D.

Then again, they also don't realize our defense ranked 6th overall in points allowed while theirs was 15th.

Tennessee last year was a much tougher assignment than Buffalo this year for our scheme.

I dont see the Bills scoring 31.

Before the playoffs started i said that it will be the defense that are the heroes this run.

Holding Cleveland to 17 points is pretty damn heroic.

They're going to hold down Buff to the low-mid 20's. The more i think about this matchup, the more i think our defense will hold up.

MahomesMagic 01-20-2021 11:51 AM

I think Buffalo is held in the 13-17 range with the game in balance. Maybe they get a garbage time TD late.

New World Order 01-20-2021 11:53 AM

I will just settle the confusion here. The final score will be 34-27 Chiefs

OrtonsPiercedTaint 01-20-2021 11:53 AM

They will score the same as the Browns in the second half. 7 a quarter
