Marking my place in this thread. Decided to quit smoking yesterday, which has been one my major barriers to working out. I'm currently 5'9" 212 lbs, which is near the heaviest I have ever been (216). I've been doing nothing but coughing up phlegm all day and I'm sure that will continue for the next 24-48. I'm going to give my body a few days to cleanse itself and then it's off to the gym!

Great yoga class tonight. Then a large salad with 2 eggs and pimientos de Padrón (although not real Padrón peppers, they're similar in flavor with more of a bite).

Lifted this afternoon, then a protein shake after. Just split a small fry from Wendy's with the wife, and each had a frosty. I think that's probably my calorie limit for today.

Yoga this morning. Just had some pork from the crockpot. Low cal cooking FTW! Soccer tonight.

Got back from vacation a few days ago. Went back to my total body KB workouts, which is a three day rotation. Just finished day 3 today, and I'm feeling a wonderful tiredness (and a little soreness) all over my body. I'd concentrated on upper body way too much the last month or so.

I'M DRINKING A CAN OF MONSTER (low carb). 20 calories for the entire can. We'll see how my workout goes in an hour and a half.

Come on, guys! Keep it going! Rest day on Friday. Soccer this morning. Will probably lift tomorrow afternoon and play soccer in the evening. |
Didn't end up lifting. Too much drinking last night. Did get an awesome 2 hours of soccer in, though.
