I finished week 1 last night, not as hard as I thought. Personal trainer was on Saturday. Gym today. |
25 mile bike ride followed by 3.5 mile run. Wow!

HOW'S EVERYONE DOIN?
Not losing much weight these days, but getting stronger and clothes are fitting better. I'm at 202, i'm trying to get to 200 by the end of the month. |

I had family in town from Tuesday the 10th until Monday the 16th. I'd jogged on the 1st, 3rd and 6th, but only ran once while they were here, on Wednesday the 11th. Basically all we did was sit on our asses and eat, although I did play 18 holes twice with my dad at **** me o'clock in the morning. Thanks to that my sleep is all sorts of ****ed up right now, and thanks to the constant grazing I'm back around 215. Had a very rough run this morning, although I did make it a half hour. Should be back around 210 by the end of the month, hopefully,
