Do some pullups and bench press before you go out.

Get all swoll for the chicks.

I finished week 1 last night, not as hard as I thought. Personal trainer was on Saturday. Gym today.

25 mile bike ride followed by 3.5 mile run. Wow!

I glanced at it - looks terrifying. I'm sure i'll get through it though, eventually.

HOW'S EVERYONE DOIN?

Not losing much weight these days, but getting stronger and clothes are fitting better. I'm at 202, i'm trying to get to 200 by the end of the month.

Only been working out about once a week and I quit counting calories but I'm still slowly losing weight. I was at 215 this morning which is 50 pounds lighter than I was in April. I'm going to let my wife catch up to where I am at than I will work to lose the last 20 pounds I want to get rid of. That is if they don't come off just by the change I have made to my eating style.

I'm basically hovering at 225. With the twins coming....its been pretty hard finding time to go to the gym. Luckily I also don't have a lot of time to eat either.

I had family in town from Tuesday the 10th until Monday the 16th. I'd jogged on the 1st, 3rd and 6th, but only ran once while they were here, on Wednesday the 11th. Basically all we did was sit on our asses and eat, although I did play 18 holes twice with my dad at **** me o'clock in the morning. Thanks to that my sleep is all sorts of ****ed up right now, and thanks to the constant grazing I'm back around 215. Had a very rough run this morning, although I did make it a half hour. Should be back around 210 by the end of the month, hopefully,

I'm still on the sidelines because of some pretty painful tennis elbow. I can't really grip anything. I've been running, but I want to lift & play racquetball. Pretty boring....

Lifted yesterday, skipped yoga this morning to catch up on sleep. Soccer tonight.

Just bought a sample of this. Apparently it REALLY gets you motivated before a workout.

Meh - didn't work for me when I tried it years ago.

I'm feeling some delicious DOMS in my pectorals and biceps right now.
