MU is one of the few universities that should be highly competitive in both of the major sports: football and basketball. Year in and year out, they have the facilities and the financial backing that they *should* field top 25 programs consistently. Not many can say this about BOTH sports. KU would like to make a claim for this with football, but I don't see this as realistic. |
