I do split circuits right now, followed by intervals (treadmill inclines, row machine, and prowler). He's already shown me other stuff to do. Wall balls kick my ass. And of course that's also when he shows me the joys of pushing and then pulling the prowler. On pulling the prowler, he yells "It's easier the lower you get." I yell back, "My quads don't like me right now, and they like you even less." lol

The prowler is awesome.

Actually, it is one of my favorites. It's great for building endurance. However, pulling it SUCKS!

I love leg days (does that make me weird?). Barbell squats, leg press, goblet squats, step-ups, lunges (okay, so I don't love everything about them), occasional wall balls or what I call squat walking (putting a resistance band around my ankles and walking sideways while squatting. OK. I usually never eat fish, but you've piqued my interest. What's wrong with farm raised tilapia?

I wish more gyms had them. you can sprint with it for fat loss/endurance, or load it up with tons of weight for leg strength/hypertrophy. Best part is thats its eccentric-less so it doesn't destroy your recovery abilities, reduces spinal load and is relatively technique free.

1st Phorm Level-1 comes in this wonderful flavor called Ice Cream Sandwich. I'll put in a little less water so it gets nice and thick and then stick in the freezer for a little while. It satisfies my sweet tooth and any cravings for ice cream. It's by far my favorite. I also really like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the Chocolate Coconut (tastes like German chocolate cake).
