Can I just say that I'm so glad the QB position is turning over? I was so sick of Brady, Manning, Raperburger, etc. always being THE GUYS.

Mahomes is the undisputed God, but the next tier has some nice new blood candidates. It's going to be a fun few years while things reshuffle.

Idk I guess it’s hard to have any fear of Rivers but if he takes care of the ball maybe they muck it up and keep things interesting

And if Smith threw passed the line to gain with any consistency on third downs we might have been bigger threats in the past. Some things just aren’t meant to be though.

Yeah, I did.

Did you?

His line was folding like a cheap tent and he had 1 second to throw.

So basically the same shit that Mahomes deals with every drive with his shit OLine, yeah. Adjust or lose. He (finally) adjusted.

Their defense hasn't looked good enough to be a serious threat IMO, especially since they aren't that creative on D with their coverages.

Ron Swanson 12-13-2020 09:50 PM

A little early for prevent defense.

Coach 12-13-2020 09:50 PM

That's a weak penalty.

They're an also ran afterthought precisely because of Rivers IMO

He's just too immobile and prone to the critical pick

KC_Connection 12-13-2020 09:51 PM

There's the phantom hold to save the Steelers.

A Salt Weapon 12-13-2020 09:51 PM

Refs are back lol thought they went home.

TribalElder 12-13-2020 09:51 PM

defensive holding is such a **** job

auto first down is bullshit

suzzer99 12-13-2020 09:51 PM

Agree! So many young guys on the tier below Mahomes. My money is on Herbert as a talent, but they have to overhaul the franchise.

Yeah, they have a legit defense and a very good offensive line. If I had to pick a team that could give KC the most trouble, it would likely be them. Then again, KC spanked them pretty good in the playoffs several years ago. Different Colts team but still, many predicted that Colts team to give the Chiefs trouble.
