I said this after Jackson went down in flames, pouting on the bench as he was rendered ineffective.
There's a big difference between a running quarterback, and a quarterback who can run. Lamar Jackson and The Ravens ran 88 plays and put up 12 points.
Jackson attempted 59 passes, only threw one touchdown, but also threw two picks and lost a fumble. 12 points on 59 pass attempts should tell you all you need to know about Lamar as a QB when the lights are the brightest.
Lamar is still that guy.
If these receivers can get their shit together, and thus offense can perform, and actually cash in the redzone instead of settling for 3, Lamar will buckle under the pressure.

A lot to interesting (bad) takes to unpack here.
Let's start with why you're using arguably the worst game of Lamar's career, 4 years ago, as the comparison game. Is the body of work this year - or the playoff game 3 days ago - not probably the better barometer? The titans defense wasn't even that good in 2019. They were 12th in points allowed and 21st in yards allowed. We just sucked all around and Lamar was awful. But, again, four years ago.
Also, the Lamar buckling under the pressure narrative is tired and just untrue. Pressure seemed pretty high on Christmas against the 49ers and then the next week at home to secure the one seed against the Dolphins. I can't remember but I think he did pretty well? Pressure was high this past week to get the haters off his back and advance to the AFCCG for the first time and he had 4 TDs.
I think a frustrating part as an opposing fan on a board is when you just read selective memory nonsense. I don't think it's productive or fair to just talk about the worst game of Mahomes career (2020 SB?) and pretend that game has literally any impact on the one about to be played this weekend.
