His base salary is less than $2M. The Browns converted a huge portion of his remaining contract to void years that hit next year.

If they actually move him, he'll have plenty of suitors because the cost in terms of salary is so low. Pretty much any team can fit him in.

I can't lie - I'd snag him in a heartbeat if I were making the call. And yes, even for this team, maybe ESPECIALLY for this team.
