McAdoo doesn't have bad range.

Didn't Hairston knock down a couple of threes this evening?

Big guys with some range typically pose problems for KUs big men on the defensive end.

KU tip Sunday at 4:15 vs Carolina

Ya i like the small lineup. Just down the stretch they couldnt rebound for shit. Now they face 7 ft Whithey. ****

The one intriguing thing will be MacAdoo versus Whithey. But the scary thing was watching how WKU couldnt get ANY inside scoring. I love McLemore man. But he's too young and hesitant

McAdoo isn't a threat to shoot 3's though. However, I'm sure that means he'll make 5 on Sunday.

I like KU even against a small UNC lineup.

I would imagine Young, Ellis, Traylor would all be guarding on McAdoo because he has got some range.

I meant mid-range.

Not three point range.

My bad.

Another bright side? KU sets an NCAA record winning 30 or more games four consecutive years.

DJay23 03-22-2013 10:54 PM

By the way, since when is Rex Chapman a studio analyst? Wait, since when do they let Rex Chapman embarrass himself on a studio set? Because he doesn't analyze shit unless you want to hear how Kentucky will be back next year.

They shot 80% tonight.

there is only so much you can do during the tourney, you can't run a bunch of hard, full practices.

shooting FT's and walking through what to do against the press are things you can do.

I know, you were right, but it's still comforting to know that Withey won't need to extend out that far. McAdoo can put it on the floor and get past Withey too so the more space he can give him the better.

Mother****erJones 03-22-2013 10:58 PM

Bullock and Hairston can shoot the 3 really well and MacAdoo still has good range.

Ceej 03-22-2013 10:58 PM

I would assume Travis would be on Bullock.

Does UNC have good guard play?

Pants 03-22-2013 10:59 PM

Is UNC a better 3-point shooting team than ISU?

DJay23 03-22-2013 11:00 PM

I don't know how nuts UNC gets with shooting 3's, but I have to think 3 games against Iowa State will have developed some muscle memory against similar teams.

The only real difference is UNC has an actual post presence with McAdoo.
