Too much alcohol this weekend. Ate some fried bar food last night.
The weekends always set me back. I've lost ten pounds in three weeks (at 215 now), but I think it would be more if I ate better over the weekends. Posted via Mobile Device |
Soccer Saturday morning, Sunday night, and now this morning. No soccer tomorrow, though. Just lifting. My legs need a break.

I got bad pain.
It hurts like b*tch. Im not sure how it came abouts, but it seems like I may have inflammed varicose veins. I got varicose veins located on the left side of my legs between my upper and mid thigh area. I squatted earlier this week. Heavy too and no problems. It just started acting up recently about 2 days ago. I jogged about 4k on thursday and the pain started coming around saturday. When you look at the thing, it looks lumpy and swollen. Its like there is a blood clot in there that may be causing bad circulation. Did weights yesterday, and felt unusual bad circulation around my left wrist and forearm area. It was kinda freaky because I saw that area swell up and after doing a few sets of alternate dumbell curls I had to put the weight down and stop. Everytime I clenched my fist it felt painful like I had arthritis or something. After finishing w/ both weight training and cardio, everything around my body was cold. My feet felt frozen, arms, hands, etc. Hopefully I don't have a blood clot forming that is causing bad circulation. |

OK, I played rball a couple of weeks ago & my elbow got jacked up again so I've been resting some more. I can tell I've taken a couple of steps back. It's been about 5 weeks of no rball & no lifting. I'm going crazy over here.
I started teaching my rball clinic last night & it felt a little better so I'm going to give it until next week & then ease back into it. Wish me luck. |
