Why do this to yourself? The BPI currently gives us a 4% chance to win. It's in Austin and we haven't won a road game in 5 years. We lost to a FCS team....at home.


We are not winning that game or any other and maybe none next year. When the final #s come in we will potentially compete for worst team ever - not just at KU but ever. We may be saved from that by teams benching guys at halftime out of pity.

I think I might bet on that game. I'm sure it will be about -17 Texas, but I would bet on Texas to cover because Strong will be fighting for his job and he would like nothing more than to beat the piss out of somebody to silence at least a few critics and boosters.

KU football has become what Chiefs football is to me anymore. I just honestly don't care if I miss the games. I watched one half of KU football this year, and completely forget about the games on Saturdays. This past Sunday I ran some errands and did work around the house instead of watching the Chiefs.

How much lower can this program get? Are we to KState pre Snyder levels yet? I am not sure this thing could ever get turned around unless you get a big name coach that just wants to F with people to come here....

Beaty has a lot of recruiting to do. KU lost a ton of players. Wies went all in on the JUCOs and it didn't pan out, unfortunately. It will take another year or two most likely before KU starts to look competitive, I'm afraid. So far and despite the losing, it appears that DB is an upgrade. How much is TBD. Gotta give him time as he was left with a mess. I know KU fans don't want to hear that but it's the truth. It wouldn't matter if Urban Meyer was KU's coach this year. He would be losing just the same.
