Why are people saying game 7?

When it will be concluded Friday night..

Great effort by Estrada. He's made a fantastic adjustment today and been outstanding.

Ned went an inning too deep with Volquez again, and it burned them this time. Getting squeezed on strike 3 vs. Bautista really hurt, but Volquez shouldn't have had that much rope from Yost.

Hah, this loss does oddly make the Royals a ton of money.

Its why the players are only permitted to share in the playoff profits for the mandatory games of the series, MLB doesn't want the players to have an incentive to prolong the series.

So, where does it all go? Does Glass get all the money or does MLB get more of a share?

Relax guys, they just want to clinch in front of their fans. Plus Glass probably ordered them to lose so he can make some more playoff game $$$

For those of you under 40, in 1977 the Royals had to just win 1 out of 2 games at home to go to the WS and they did not do it.

Because people here are reeruned. I swear sometimes we deserve the losing we've all endured during our life as KC fans.

The Royals get a really big chunk, Toronto gets a decent chunk, and MLB gets some.

Players are aced out after game 4 of the ALCS/WS or game 3 of the Division series

In 1985 they had to win three games in a row twice, and they did it.

It's crazy. It's like guys, we have this pitcher named Yordano Ventura. Throws the ball really hard, does a pretty good job. We have 3 (more likely 2) shots to win a game, have faith.

Price doesn't worry me and Ventura has been super solid.

I'd be surprised if this series went to game 7 - then I may be a little worried.

Jays would go with Stroman, I'd assume.

We wanted to take one in Toronto. We did.

Tnerped 10-21-2015 04:29 PM

Should have reamed boutista.

chiefqueen 10-21-2015 04:29 PM

Also the '85 Blue Jays, '03 Cubs, and '04 Yankees both lost games 6 and 7 of and LCS at home.
