No. I doubt Gilbert gives a **** about appeasing LeBron anymore now that everybody knows he's leaving next year. But they absolutely appeased him the past 3 years. LeBron brought a championship to the Cavs. He did his job but in the process he basically scared away Kyrie because of his lack of loyalty. Everyone knows he will leave.

MJ brought 6-championships to the bulls and never scared away any of their talent because he is not a traitor like LeBron. Players wanted to play w MJ despite how much of a dickhead he was to his teammates.
