Crap trade. Good player but the chiefs got fleeced again. This is becoming a veach staple.

Tackle for loss.

The Chiefs retain the higher second round pick. So essentially we traded a third round pick since we will be winning the super bowl this year

Am I talking to a wall? It's not about the pick or picks in this particular case, it's about the body of work as a whole and so far, it's just not that impressive.

If his drafting were better, I can cut slack on the compensation for trade-outs.

If his negotiations for extensions were the kind that made you say, "how did we get away with that"(?), I can cut slack on the drafting.

Do you even SOMEWHAT understand the point I'm trying to make here? Like, at all?

600 posts later: THIS GUY IS A STUD! WE'RE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!

To be fair, I was busy the first 550 posts and the rest of my fellas didn't know what to think until I let them know that Charles Jefferson was coming in here thinking the QBs of the AFCW trashed his camaro.

Exactly the case. Garafolo also confirmed this on NFL.Com.

We moved up quite a bit in the 3rd round.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Chiefs?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Chiefs</a> would also still have $37M in cap space next offseason. That includes Sammy’s bloated cap hit &amp; $12M for Eric Fisher. They have money to maneuver. But those day 2 draft picks are going to become really important. Gotta start hitting on cheap value players.</p>&mdash; Brandon Kiley (@BKSportsTalk) <a href="https://twitter.com/BKSportsTalk/status/1120769120151244800?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

I have just checked the draft chart and basically the Chiefs traded the equivalent of their 29th overall pick and a low 3rd/high 4th round pick this year for Frank Clark, assuming the Chiefs finish with a top 3 record next year.
