Is that correct? I have no clue what the answer is, but it was during the summer IIRC and he may have signed with the NFLPA if he'd declared for the draft.

I don't know the rules, but it's possible he was an NFL employee at that point.
Gay and Ross were charged with something. Flowers wasn't.

I think it absolutely looks like Rashee Rice. Additionally, you can see subtle color changes on his right arm indicating tattoos. It’s Rice.
