Brown had that big play on the sidelines that wasn't ruled a catch. Otherwise, they weren't targeted often. It was Kelce or nothing in the passing game. Not a great showing from the pass game. Have to be better in the coming games.

The game was decided by the 8 sacks and special teams.

Makes me feel better about our offense going forward.

No catches from Hopkins, Hollywood, Watson or Juju and we still won by two scores lol

I doubt that. He's probably on his way out at 36 or 37. He's not a cardio guy or eating good food guy. We can still win 4 more though. Not many guys eat the skin of rabies and play until they are 44.

JFC it was a questionable roughing call in the first quarter.

10 point swing on Special Teams. 4 bad plays by Houston Special Teams unit absolutely killed the Texans on the scoreboard.

True, I glossed over those.

OK, to amend it: 0 catches from D Hop, Hollywood, Watson or Juju and still scored 23 points on what could easily be the best defense we will face this entire postseason.

Kind of sad idiots like this exist, not to mention Aikman crying on TV.

The refs made one bad call, the second roughing call on Houston, in our favor. The first call was legit.

The refs missed countless holding calls against the Texans O-Line, handed them that bobbled catch, etc.

Perceived bias is idiotic at best. If you play better, like not shooting yourself in the foot over and over on offense and special teams, then you just might win. Blaming the refs for one call is just plain ****ing stupid.

Right

There is no reason to have kids as a pro athlete until you are 40+

Doing so is just being disrespectful to the fanbase.

I agree with everything all of the media guys said tonight. This was the game to get us. Texans had the defense to do it. They had a great shot. Didn’t work.

No other defense scares me like the Texans defense does. Ravens and Bills defenses aren’t close to this one. Nowhere near it.

Josh Allen went 9/30 against them.

Rewatching the early part of the game. What a phenomenal play by Perine to recover the fumble on the kick return. The guy has excellent vision & awareness on the field. We’ve seen that with his ability to adjust when Kelce does those crazy lateral plays out of nowhere.

The refs have been terrible this year but not on those two plays.

Perhaps if you don't build a reputation of being a dirty cheap shot team that has to have players suspended to send them a message it won't be assumed you're dirty.

They are. This is karma. They got what they deserved.

The refs are usually terrible. Good teams overcome it. Losers make excuses because they can't overcome it.

Thuney played well at LT but the Defense really killed it.

Deberg_1990 01-19-2025 08:26 AM

I agree some of the roughing calls were bad. But that’s not why the Texans lost.

They couldn’t finish any drives, their island boy kicker sucked and their defense couldn’t stop the chiefs when it truly mattered.

They need to look themselves in the mirror and stop the whining.

Deberg_1990 01-19-2025 08:28 AM

The roughing calls are really hard to judge sometimes in real time.

I’ve said forever the NFL needs to make every play reviewable and have a sky judge to overturn anything immediately.

stevieray 01-19-2025 08:50 AM

After the game, Reid praised Ryans job performance.

After the game, Ryans blamed the refs.

Last week, Ryans was running up the sideline like a cheerleader after a big play.

What does Reid do after we score?

This is the difference, too high and too low compared to even keeled.
