Crap, today I went from the gym to McD to get a happy meal to eat with my son at his school. I think the meal reversed the effort in the gym!

Wow people whats going on, I had to go back 10 pages to find this thread, Time to quit slacking and get back to working out and eating right, i haven't missed a workout in over 5 months but I cheated on the dieting for 2 weeks since i had 2 weeks off from work due to a shutdown and a vacation but am right back on track and motivation is still sky high. hope your all doing well with your dieting/workouts.

Sometimes getting back into that "proper diet" groove is damned difficult. Good for you in that effort.

Rode the bike to the gym, ran for 30, worked legs and abs for 45, and rode home.

Blended up some whey powder, creatine, cocoa, and strawberries (black spunk - lol)and slurped 'er down.

Can't waste this pump brah!

New Cardio routine:

+5 miles on cross-trainer/skier.

7 miles walk at 3.6mph.

Divided up, one morning session, one afternoon session; weight dropping like stone.

1.5 hours of lifting followed by 2 hours of indoor soccer. I'm pooped. Gonna eat brownies.
