Not true progressions. It's one read. They didn't have a true playbook. Glennon Philip rivers were running full pay books and full NFL terminology. They also didn't lead the nation in screen passes.

Geno had a normal rookie year. So what? He did nothing to say that he's horrible and can't get better and he did nothing to make you say WOW. He had some ups but he had some downs that were just as bad as his ups. I will never understand the love that he gets from these guys. They have a playbook. Holgorsen's AirRaid runs concepts like Levels, 3/4 verts, Mesh, Y-Corner, and snag, that aren't "1 read plays".

FFS, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Houston, and Holgorsen's PBs are available online IIRC.

So essentially, when I say that Rivers, and Glennon ran full pro style playbooks, and Geno didn't. That makes me right?

And, when you say they have a playbook, even if it is as thin as a Walmart shopping flyer with 12 concepts that makes you right, so we are both right in a way.

All really I was trying to say was that Geno Smiths learning curve at the NFL level is a hell of a lot higher than someone like Glennon, or Rivers.
