It was pretty damn nice to see the smile on Pinkel's face after the trick FG worked.

Too short for the NFL, I guess... but he seems to have "it".

Aha! I thought of them, the McKeever brothers. Marlin was one of them.

I'd suggest you get a running game before you attempt that. Just my opinion.

When he goes into the 4th with a 3 point lead against a good team and pulls out the W, I'll start to give him credit.

:)

He just beat Nebraska 41-6.

:p

I'm starting to really believe.

Yes, I know. Colorado beat them by running the ball down their throats. We don't do that.

Texas was tearing them up with their TEs. We can do that.

Also, Mizzou had 200 rushing yards tonight at 5.4 ypc. Temple was out with an ankle injury for most of the game.

I heard our TE's aren't bad.

I'm not saying it won't work. Just that it never has. But things just keep changing. The new spread offenses are working for now. But even they feature a running attack. The option offenses of the past, Wishbone, Houston Veer, Inverted 'Bone worked without a passing attack until defenses learned to "mirror" them. That, and you will need more stamina ( depth) than Mizzou teams have shown in the past. OU is really tough to beat at home. Good luck.

Hope so. I wasn't able to watch the Texas/OU game.

Well, we never beat Nebraska by five touchdowns before, either. I guess there's a first time for everything.

It's time the North takes it to the South. I'd love to see that balance shift.

Good luck to all of us against OU and Texas.

Well, if nothing else... neither the fans or team will be over-confident going into that game.

We beat Nebraska.

Alright, that's cool, but it's been done.

This is where Mizzou shows what kind of team we have.

Either way.

Finley, Texas's TE, had 149 yards and a TD today. He had a bunch of big plays down the middle.
