not at all - it's critical to spray the pan's base prior to adding any water though - and 4"s of water is all you want. Also don't drop the egg until BARELY starts to boil - then pull back the heat to medium low if electric or low for gas.

Agreed that paying $50 for 2 lbs of protein is ridiculous. No protein is that good.

ON has been around for years. It's a proven product. Not as cheap as it used to be, but then, protein has gotten more expensive over the years.

I know how much I pay, and I'm perfectly okay with it. When it comes to Clay's posts about anything I say, just ignore him. He's trolling me.
