Treadmills are for days when it's cold, raining or snowing and you don't want to catch pneumonia or break an ankle. I'll be on one from December or January to March.

Next run will be 20 minutes. Getting back into it faster than I expected. Going to pull back a little now, though; jogged 8 of the last 12 days, and my knees are starting to say "woah, hoss".

Well I use a treadmill/elyptical/bike (whichever is available) every workout to warm up and get the heart pumping. If you don't do some cardio (30 minutes will do), there's not point in lifting either. Granted, I like lifting better, but I don't agree with those who are imbalanced. So enjoy your treadmill, I wish I could take more than 30 minutes on one..

I don't lift. And I run outside whenever I can. Treadmills are to me the most boring thing on god's green earth. I only use them when weather dictates...

On an entirely unrelated note, my rededication to not eating shit food day is today. So far so good.

Definitely not true.

I'm going to flip the **** out on my gym owners if they don't get some kettlebells soon.

The good news is that my bench press is going way up. The bad news is that I'm hating working out without kettlebells. I'm spoiled.

Lifting > cardio, unless you just really love cardio.

I don't really love cardio. I really hate lifting. I hate gyms. I hate the people in gyms. I hate the whole lifting mindset. It's not for me. So while I know what I do may not be as effective, and it may take longer, it's something that I will actually do...

Salad with kidney beans and tuna fish......and no dressing.

Not bad.

You just need to find the right lifting program, I think. There are all kinds of different programs, varying from total meathead to yoga-esque.

Fasted like a bitch the past couple of days. 18 hour fast on Sunday, broke it early Monday morning with an ounce of cheese and 100 cals of chocolate milk. Fasted again immediately, 2 hour workout today, then fasted until a few minutes ago. Broke the fast with 160 cals of Chips Ahoy Cookies, and a protein shake with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Fasting again tonight.

Gonna get ripped for Halloween.

You need to concentrate on the game Friday before you worry about Halloween!

**** that. We're going to lose, I'm pretty sure.

We've been playing like shit pretty much all season. We start off soooo slowly, and against a team like yours, we won't be able to come back.

I'm not even sure I want to keep our current team next session. Yeah, we've only lost 1 game and we're only 1 point behind you, but I don't think our team is actually that good.
