I would be willing to bet that there are some upper body exercises that you could ditch to insert a leg exercise.
I mean, you really only need 1 good leg exercise every other day or so (like squats or some variation of those, deadlifts, or some other free weight based leg exercise), and a 5x5 set takes about 10 minutes. Shouldn't be that hard to find time if you really want to. |
Lifted monday and wednesday - very sore. going back friday then taking the weekend off and going at it again on monday.

Silock, just did your leg routine form this post this other day. That is killer. Still feeling it, but I definitely am planning on doing it again this week.

20 hrs into my first fast(including sleep time). I'm past the point of being hungry, but I still want to eat :/
Will try to finish the whole day out without eating and eat breakfast tomorrow making this about a 36 hr fast including sleep. |
