So Silock 5 grams of creatine per day every day. If I'm not going to lift again until Monday should I go ahead and start taking it today?

I cant really run cuase my knee is ****ed, but i do hit a heavy bag 30 min at a time twice a day, i try once in the afternoon and once about an hour or 2 before bed. 30 min hitting a heavybag has me huffing and puffing. lol

It starts today. My fat ass has gotten lazy and back up to 240.

Got a good one in this evening. Lifted around 10 kind of liked the evening atmosphere. This was day 5 on the creatine I believe. Decided if I'm lifting at 10 might as well go balls to the walls. Used some cytnox preworkout I know Silock won't be a fan but it came as a sample with my previous order of protein so wth. Guess I'll send this thread back to page 1 where it deserves to be.
