So Silock 5 grams of creatine per day every day. If I'm not going to lift again until Monday should I go ahead and start taking it today?

I cant really run cuase my knee is ****ed, but i do hit a heavy bag 30 min at a time twice a day, i try once in the afternoon and once about an hour or 2 before bed. 30 min hitting a heavybag has me huffing and puffing. lol

Sure. Like I said, though, you won't feel it for a few weeks, anyway.

went ahead and lifted today. which was tough after a night of activities but thats okay. day two on the creatine.

That sounds good. My favorite so far is 1 cup dry oats, 2 scoops vanilla whey, mixed frozen berries, 1 tbsp flax oil. Comes out around 500cal, so I drink 3 of those a day along with 3 large meals, close to 4K cals.

2 bananas, 2 scoops choc, with a scoop of natty pb is good too.

Mmmmm hungry again.

Got a good one in this evening. Lifted around 10 kind of liked the evening atmosphere. This was day 5 on the creatine I believe. Decided if I'm lifting at 10 might as well go balls to the walls. Used some cytnox preworkout I know Silock won't be a fan but it came as a sample with my previous order of protein so wth. Guess I'll send this thread back to page 1 where it deserves to be.

I can't take credit for it, something I found off the bodybuilding.com website. I used to use oats in mine as well but I couldn't grind them good enough and ended up eating chunks.

It's not that I'm not a fan. If it's free, no reason not to use it. It's just a waste of money if you were actually paying for it.

I got a deal of dried veggies at the register at the Downtown Constantino's today Sold as snack food), and whatever you do, don't make those things your veggies. They are HORRIBLE!!! I'd rather be fat than eat those things... And they floated in the pooper when I tried to flush them! Not a good way to spend $4.99!

I ate nothing but grilled meat for a couple of days and lost about 8 lbs. Gained 3lbs back when I started lifting and doing cardio a day or two later.
