Got one in tonight. Starting to transition out of the soreness stage. 5 lb tub of protein came in with a couple more preworkout samples and a fiber supplement. Shoulder hurts from hitting them hard on tuesday from my pitching days. Noticing more strengths with each workout in these early stages. Up a little on the scale which is what I wanted.

Just ended day 5 of two-a-days, and my ass is pistol-whipped. Mass-grilling of lean meats tomorrow. w00t!

Despite being without Kettlebells, I did a day of serious quick circuit, full body, dynamic weight training. It felt ****ing awesome and I'm beat.

Week 2 of the Madcow 5x5 in the books. Still eating about 500-700 calories over maintenance, no weight gained. So, I'm either eating less than I think, or burning more than I think.

Dropped a fridge on my leg. Slowed things down a bit. I thought the leg was broken. Doesn't appear to be so but wow. What an experience.

Killed it at the gym today. Various circuits for around 80 minutes. Felt like puking several times (3 sets 10 reps each of 2 ft. box hops X pull ups x dips). Getting back on it.

Finished my lift up around 12 AM. Got to say I kind of enjoy late night lifts in a weird way. I'm almost willing to say my bench max is probably up around where it was when I previously quit lifting. I've only been back on board since Nov 1. Loving the quick gains before the plateu sets in.

well just got home. I reffed 4 basketball games monday and 4 volleyball games tonight and had previously hit chest hard the previous workout. I noticed right away in warming up I was struggling more. Kind of a shitty workout today but hopefully when I fully recover my gains will show. back at it thursday.
