I expect it, but not when the receiver is still in contact with the ball, and not when it isn't to the head.

Mecca -- its bullshit what the NFL is doing. Its akin to NASCAR banning cars because they want to protect their drivers from car wrecks. Football is a violent ****ing sport and that is never going to change.
