Alright, so I started a new career as a long haul truck driver. Needless to say, that's going to greatly impact my ability to exercise properly. What is the minimum amount of calories I can intake daily to maximize my weight loss without sustaining any real damage?

Tough, but when I was in positions where I couldn't put the time into the room (submarine), I went the high-protein route (long before Atkins). I'd bring cases of tuna onboard, and try to limit myself to that as much as possible. In fact, when I learned about the high protein diet, it was a diabetic diet.

I know they say you shouldn't eat too much canned tuna, but what about those pouches? If I bought those, I could eat it every day couldn't I?

Whether it's canned or not makes no difference on the mercury level.

I can eat it. I pretty much don't care what I eat, as long as it's low calorie, and has enough protein. I'm on a mission to not be a fat trucker.

GOT A REAL GOOD ONE IN. I would venture to say this was my best bench workout I've had. Just a sample preworkout "1 more rep" and by god it may have done just that. 2 scoops protein, 5 grams creatine post....life is good

I'm closing in on three weeks with creatine...feeling the effects

Salmon is much lower in mercury than tuna. Canned salmon has virtually none, so you can eat as much as you want.
