The only thing I liftd tonight was food to my mouth! Talapia at Red Lobster... Maybe some other stuff too!!! No flag, no foul!! The walk to the truck will have to count as Cardio.... Topping it off with a Guinness (or 3). Gotta get up and start the smoker early, so it just seemed pointless!! :-) It's all good, the guilt will motivate for Friday!

OK, I'm going to try to take a break from racquetball for a while to let my elbow heal up. I hate running inside on a treadmill. Any good ideas for cardio? I'll try volleyball, but I doubt it'll be as good as what I've been doing.

In all seriousness, if you have any questions about them, I'll be happy to answer.

I'm thinking of starting a kettle bell routine. I don't really know where to start, but we've got them at my gym. I'm a creature of habit & I love my current routine so I'm always lax on changing things up.

Get some instruction from a certified instructor before diving into them. You can seriously screw yourself up with them.

Some of the trainers at my gym offer lessons. I'll invest in one to get started.

Evidently my gym and another gym merged.

If you've never experienced a gym membership merger... it's interesting watching the two memberships interact. Pretty entertaining.

I wish ours would merge with a chick-laden gym. Too much sausage in the hizzle. Sadness.

Oh yeah:

211, bitches!

The 70 year old dude rocking a fierce tan, tube socks up to his knees, and short shorts is going to be a tough nut to crack... but I can already tell that he'll be spotting me before the week's out. ROFL

Either him or the mechanic, still in his work clothes, and sporting a huge American flag belt buckle while he engages in intensive cardio.

It's freaking awesome. Our gym has already been full of freaks (what gym isn't.. and I include myself among them)... but they were familiar freaks.
