New PB on bench for my working weight. Two of my sets of 5x5 were done with 205 lbs. First time I've managed that, and I was able to easily finished out my remaining 3 sets at 185, which in the past have been difficult for me. Finally broke that ****ing plateau that has been hounding me for ages. My goals is 225 as my working weight. Just want to be able to throw 4-45lb. plates on that bad boy.

Update on the gym merger:
Our gym is now packed with juice heads who wear YTFS shirts (which is a "nutritional" store and stands for Your Total Fitness Shop). I'm convinced that the acronym actually stands for "You Take ****ing Steroids." Good grief. |
Anybody have any opinions about CO Q 10 supplement with resveratrol (sp?)? I just heard something about it on the radio and wondered if anyone tried it.

Just read a good article in Outside on MovNat and am contemplating a workshop. Looks like my cup of tea.
