I went to the gym today and hopped on the eliptical for my usual 20 minutes. Got done and said "thats weird, im not tired..." so i hopped on for another 20, said the same thing. I ended up running for 80 minutes on the elipical tonight. It was weird as hell. Normally after 20 minutes im not dead tired or anything but im breathing relatively hard. I was still breathing out of my nose for about 70 minutes..

6', 215 is pretty big. Do you lift often?

I lifted once or twice a week for the past two years. I really havent lost much muscle from high school. Recently I've been hitting it pretty hard. It is easier when you are motivated. :doh!:

Had a good day. Pushed 360 on the wide press (350 was my goal for the year!) then had steak when I got home. Nothing to complain about today...

Chicken breast, muscle milk and ice cream!

Really weird thing with my dead lifts.

Went to the gym two mornings ago and put on 275 for my final set. I repped it one time and couldn't really lift it again.

Today I went back and easily repped it 5 times (which is what I was supposed to do). Then I did another set of 5 with the same weight.

I know there are body changes from day to day, but it was nuts how different the weight fell. I'm thinking that I must have used better (probably proper) technique the second time.

Hey, I talked to one of the kettlebell instructors at my gym & it looks like I'm finally going to get started with that in the next few weeks.

Just lifted for the first time in months. I'm soooo weak. :(

Gonna be sore in the morning.

Hey, you're back in the room, that's what matters... Good job, enjoy the pain. Travel a LOT, and after a mere week of I'll be sore on the Saturday (Sunday actually) after I get back. So it wasn't the months, it's just the change in routine... :thumb:

LOL, now I bet you actually eat less too.
